THE STORY BEHIND
Some things are not learned. They are inherited.
My mother spent her entire professional life in the world of luxury hospitality — a world where atmosphere is not an afterthought, but the very thing people come for. Where every detail is a decision. Where the feeling a place leaves behind matters more than anything that can be measured.
And further back in my family, the artists. Johann Baptist Straub, one of the great sculptors of the Bavarian Rococo, who gave stone and wood a grace all of their own. Franz Xaver Messerschmitt, whose Character Heads remain so radical and unforgettable to this day — because he refused to make anything that looked like everything else.
This sensitivity for the fine, for aesthetics, for atmosphere, for the individual — it has been with me for as long as I can remember.
What I do today — uncovering what a brand truly carries, giving it a voice, building worlds around what makes it irreplaceable — feels less like a profession and more like a continuation.
I BELIEVE THAT...
I believe that every brand carries a treasure within — one that many never truly uncover. Because they don't know how.
I am a journalist, photographer, marketing and branding expert, and as Head of Marketing and Creative Director in the luxury travel industry, I came to understand from the inside what a brand is truly made of. I have photographed Grammy Award winners, given travel magazines a voice, and helped companies make their values visible.
What drives me is a conviction: that personality stands above conformity. That aesthetics — in image and word — matter as much as good manners. That individuality is the most precious thing a brand possesses. And that the world does not need more brands that all sound and look the same — but brands that are not forgotten, because they are unmistakably themselves.
I work with founders, luxury travel companies, hotels and magazines who are ready to be different and to uncover their treasure.
And sometimes a little crazy — in the best possible way.
